Jorge Masvidal has closed the door on any potential matchup against Youtuber turn boxer Jake paul.
Apparently “The Problem Child” is no longer undefeated in his boxing run , Masvidal has no interest in fighting him in a boxing match.
Jake Paul recently met his first loss to Tommy Fury by split decision in february this year , making his first loss inside the ring after his 6 wins.
Masvidal is one of the most highlighted callout of Jake Paul. After winning his six boxing matches including like former UFC Champions like Anderson Silva, Tyron Woodley, Paul finally beat by Tommy furry by split decision.
Talks of fight between Masvidal and Jake were so strong over the last year, But the potential Pay-Per-View revenue might not liked by Masvidal now that paul has loss under his belt.

On speaking with MMA JUNKIE during his recent interview , Masvidal revealed that fight with jake paul is not going to happen :
“Right now there’s nobody that I could think of to call out said Masvidal”. “But they already burst that bubble just because I always thought it was great fight for me, and that I could knock him out and make a lot of easy money while doing it, would have been Jake Paul. But that ship has sailed now that he lost that 0. May be he comes back and get a couple of wins and stuff, but that’s probably the only dude because he’s easy money.”
Continuing Jorge Masvidal said:
“I don’t think I was going to generate huge pay-per-view no, with him, because he doesn’t bring those type of pay-per-views. But me being involved in boxing, who knows ? May be I could have done well for myself and gotten some good pay-per-views.”
Gamebred said about pay-per-views:
“When he fought Woodley, When he fought Ben Askren, he hasn’t hit those mark that he thinks or that his people thinks he ‘s gonna hit. So he’s not the draw , definetly. He’d be like the C-side. I’m like the A+ – side if we are talking about pay-per-views.”
Masvidal hails as a argubaly one of the top pure boxers in UFC. But Masvidal himself hasn’t entered the boxing ring , but his “Gamebred Boxing” held its 4th event on saturday , April 1st at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The main event will featuring Roy Jones Jr vs Anthony Pettis.
Right now Masvidal currently focused on his upcoming fight with Gilbert Burn at UFC 287 which take place on saturday , April 8th at Miami-Dade Arena in Miami, Florida.
